Your June Facebook post about how to accurately spot a drowning swimmer made me realize I wasn’t doing enough, and that no, I wasn’t fully prepared. Seeing that article spurred me on to reading a wide-variety of pool safety resources, including the articles in your Pool Library. It really is amazing how many drowning accidents occur every summer and how many of them could be prevented by putting safety plans and guidelines in place.

I thank you for continuing to put that information out there in a variety of forms, serving to consistently remind people like me to stay alert and get better prepared. I hope you all have a wonderfully safe summer!

Louisville, KY: The Management & Staff of PcPools: I received my order on Friday, 05/10/2013. I contacted a local installer on Monday, 05/13/2013. Then Tuesday and Wednesday I emptied my pool so the old pool liner could be removed. The old pool liner was removed on Thursday 05/16/2013 and the new liner was installed. The pool was then filled with water, which took till early Saturday morning to complete. Then Saturday afternoon and Sunday the pool chemicals were applied and proper balance was achieved. As of Monday 05/20/2013, my pool is opened and has already been used by my family. It is in the best condition, with no holes in the pool liner, for the first time in the last two summers. It looks great and I am very pleased with the feel and quality of my new pool liner. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the roll your company played in making this all possible. I know that most contact after a sell can be negative, from unhappy customers. So I just thought I would take a moment to brighten your day, and say a sincere; Thank You...
